| Many people also use Hold Em Manager. Not sure if it comes with a free trial period. |

I would not use it. Pokertracker has been linked to shady figures involved in gambling crimes. They are currently pending investigation by the FBI for infecting the software with malware.
Steer clear and instead use Hold Em Manager. |

Go to a library and pick up a law book. It is not online because this is not a landmark case; it was a small case in Nevada completely unrelated to pokertracker, but the plaintiff was found guilty of laundering goods with people who started pokertracker and now they are under federal investigation for all kinds of stuff.
I'd suggest Hold Em Manager. |

So Basically you have no proof and suggest not using PT3 because of something completely unrelated to PT.
