oh no those kids are children there adult superviser is focke up turned it off

my guess would be the caribbean, I heard like the Dominican Republic's kinda lax on moral standards like this.
[For those Americans who saw this, YES, the adults would get prosecuted here in the states for that chit. but it's part of the culture down there.

i really couldnt say the country but it looks like Puerto Rico, Dominican Rep., maybe even Cuba
a friend of mine sent me this video, he was as disgusted as me obv
i wonder at what point the standard of "normal" at this countries was distorted to a point where 6 year old kids having sex is pretty much how they celebrate a birthday party |
