| what a bunch of crap pocket aces lose to pocket queens last four cards clubs flush . 5 times in a row I have lost with pocket aces. time to go back to poker stars...... no that is why I came here. damn is there any site where I can win with pocket aces? |

Yeah I like it to, also we all lose. ATM I've lost like 9 sit n goes in row of people. And I can't even just get lucky with hitting, catching, or bluffing.  But just keep playing. |

Sadly AA is only a pair, and a pair is the second worst hand in poker. AA maybe the best starting hand, but it doesn't mean it is automatically going to win every hand and if you treat it as if it will then you'll run into trouble.
Maybe save hand histories and post them up, as who knows maybe you could have played the hand better unless it was all in preflop. You will find though that over your poker playing time on a site AA will win to its expected statistical odds, but that doesn't mean you can't lose 5 times in a row either. |

Nope. Nowhere. Online poker is a franchise, why do you think there are so many poker rooms out there. You buy an RNG, setup your GUI so it appear different to all the others and you set out your stall accordingly. Offer MTTs, SnGs, whatever you need to in order to try to attract punters. Lastly you tweak the "action hand" slider option to determine how crazy your site will run. You start low so players get a nice feeling that it's like real poker then you gradually ramp it up. You know in the end players are going to move around anyway but they'll keep coming back.
I believe all online poker will be exactly the same experience in terms of cards / hands dealt, instance of action hands and so on. |

Gnome has this pet theory about action hand slider. 99% of the rest of the forum think its not the case, and Gnome has yet to provide any evidence of it being a fact. However, believe him if you like or tell him to keep teh rigged posts in the rigged section.  |

Hey! I thought Stars was supposed to be a good site since your buddy won over the course of 1000 hands there while at Full Tilt he broke even? What gives?
For the record my Aces win over 92% of the time. I'm pretty happy with that. |

I just had a quick count of my AA all-ins so far where I was 80% favourite or better:
119 wins
12 losses
I could break them down further to 80-85, 85-90 etc, but it pretty much already looks fine imo. I guess I'm on a none-rigged account or something for some reason. |
