They look like a real team again. They beat Jax last week (in the important first half when the starters were playing and the final score) and they shut out KC last night. Just preseason but I'm seeing a real team again. Pennington(as much as I hate to say it about a former dirty Jet) is playing great and Chad Henne looks like the second coming of Marino. Ricky Williams is running like he did when he led the league in rushing plus Ronnie Brown is getting back healthy from his knee surgery. Ted Ginn is starting to live up to his lofty draft status. Yeah he returned a punt for a TD yesterday. And Davone Bess an undrafted free agent is looking like a Wes Welker clone. Kendall Langford and Phillip Merling look great and likely will both be rookie starting D-linemen. Jake Long, the first pick in the draft is playing great on the O-line as well as late round steal Donald Thomas. We might be .500 this year. Hoooty Hoo!!!
So how's your team looking. Give us the preseason scoop. |

| My team looks like they need a QB, but Orton>Grossman, I guess. |

I grew up a Cowboys fan because my grandpa was a big fan. They look like they are once again going to be one of the best teams in the league, hopefully they can win a playoff game and finally get over that hurdle.
My old hometown Lions look average at best, just like always. |

Niners will win the NFC west this year.
Ok, probably not but the division sucks, so maybe. |

| Yeah, look out for those dolphins, they might win 2, even 3 games this year. |

Can someone argue me on this: The NFC West is the worst division in professional sports! I can think of only one other potential argument.
Speaking of bad divisions, who wants to win the NFC North? Bears have the best D, but little O. MIN may be the best "all-around" team, but outside of Peterson, how good are they? GB probably has the best offense, but how do they adjust to Rogers and Grant being a full-time RB? And Detroit, well, nothing good to say about them.
I'm hoping my Bears can do enough to win this division, but it all relies on Orton and the rest of the offense (especially offensive line).
BTW, Seattle ending the year 7-10 (including playoffs) is very possible. 7-9 may win that division. |
