How about a "Waiting List" LIST? Logically, it would be found as the menu item "On Waiting Lists..." underneath the "Requests" menu (just like the "Registered In Tournaments..." menu item).
I don't know about anybody else, but there are times when I am on the waiting list for like a half-dozen tables, and I would prefer to be able to click something to see a popup (when I want to see it, not just when a seat is available) and that popup would show a complete list of each of the tables that I am waiting on, along with their stakes and the % players/flop.
That way when I am faced with the current prompt (with the choices "Yes/No/Not Yet/Remove me from all other lists") I could do this new function, to quickly see if the available table is no longer worth joining. And also from this new popup I would be able to easily remove myself from each table all in one place, instead of having to cycle thru the complete list of all tables one-by-one and for each "not worthy of joining" table looking for the "Remove from waiting list" button -- ugh!
This new way would allow me the ability to do a "mass-removal" of tables I no longer want -- especially handy if, for example, I am on a dozen waiting lists for *both* PLO and NLHE tables, and I am presently happy with my handful of PLO tables but I still want to wait for a few more NLHE tables... presently I only have the half-ability to do something close to this by clicking the checkbox "[ ]Remove me from all other waiting lists" when the prompt pops up, but that of course not what I want in the scenario I just described.
So how about it, devs? You already have the data there (after all, the "Remove from waiting list button" shows up where it should  ) and the realy hard stuff is done (i.e. ring filters, deal-making) so how about adding an option like I described that actually is kinda half-already there with the "Registered In Tournaments..." popup (just my suggested new feature would be a lot more useful in terms of what the user can do once they are looking at the list).

Someone else also suggested highlighting your "waiting list" tables when they show up the list of tables:

Whichever is easier, devs... unless you can do both 
You guys have done an amazing job in the client, making so many complex functions working great, but the Waiting List lags behind even the Party Poker equivalent so c'mon let's upgrade this baby... |
