| Ok any ideas?? I cant log in....me and my hubby have accounts on different computers but we both got booted because of some person turning us in for multiple accounts says system cannot log you in contact loginsupport....ok great....so my hubby turned her in for the same thing so it was a revenge thing and now I have to pay...I lost all my chips and havent heard anything from them yet....so what do I do?? Ive been booted before and my whole computer was banned so when I got another laptop I could get back on....am I done for good? or is there a way I can show them we are two different people and get our accounts back? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr |

When you send in ID (and possibly a utlitiy bill) for each account, they will re-open them.
I think...
Just do whatever full tilt tells you to. |

| Email them and they will ask you to explain why you have two accounts at the same address. You will need to send them a scan of your driver's licenses with the same address. |

| No no u dont understand lol i have been booted for life before my whole computer was banned i got a new one and got back on and accidently emailed them from my primary email which was the name i got booted under....so anyone having any association with my ip addy got the boot meaning my hubby too....looks like i need a new computer again huh.....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....I do nothing wrong except have more than one account and this site wants to punish the good and freindly people and let the scammers and idiots run this site....maybe i dont need to come back....or they are checking everyone and booting the people that have chips just like the people that have real money on here cant withdrawl....this site is becoming something else ill tell you.............................................................. |

Can't you just e-mail them, apologize for having multiple accounts and say it wont happen again? I hear that works. They'll close all accounts except for your first account, then they should un-ban your computer.

If you have the restore CD, just restore your computer. It will let you back on as if you got a new computer. Try it.

Theres something more to the story that you arent telling us I think...They dont perma-ban computers for having multiple accounts, especially for play money. |

| no i swear.....i was with someone along time ago and they banned me for my ex making multiple accounts b/c he was always gettin into trouble and i was the primary account and he kept doing it so eventually i got the boot.....for life! i got a new computer after i left him and met my hubby and since ive been booted before when i accidently emailed them from the booted accounts email which happens to be my primary email anyways they caught it and booted my hubby and myself and we cant log in nor make new accounts on either computer.....so im gonna have to dump my whole computer which i just did not more than a month ago due to a virus and start all over eh??? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....who cares if we have multiple accounts we arent doing anything wrong and do u know how many people have multiple accounts???? everyone except for the people that dont know u can do it probably! sheeeeeeeeeeeesh |

I have one account. always have had 1. and yes its against site rules to have more then 1 account. If you have one and your husband have one send them proof that each has a different account. Then maybe you will get them back. Thats what they did for me and my brother. |

| EH Im not that worried I got booted for life before and I got back on so I guess I will just have to see what happens....pretty bad when tilt has nothing better to do than go after the innocent people and not do one dern thing about the hundreds of scammers out there and the others that have nothing better to do than chip dump to people and curse out people that beat them but hey I am just one person so what am I gonna do.............. |

just think of it from their perspective. someone could possibly have two accounts and just play fake chips. then one day they think of a way to incorporate the two accounts into one winning machine for real money. so the person that started out with two accounts for fake money now has two accounts aimed for real money. so, to try to insure the other players on the site that it won't happen, they suspend the accounts.
but, i am sure there is a way you can send them info and myabe driver's liscenses to prove that you are husband and wife with two diff. accounts. still, don't know if that is allowed though. gl |
