Play some $1 MTTs, or $0.01/$0.02 cash games. |

When I replied originally, I thought he meant that he had $10 in his account. I didn't know he was referring to only having $10 to deposit.
In that case, don't play if you can only spare $10. |

| You can play freerolls but most of them are private or restricted, and the ones that aren't are really hard to win because there are thousands of players and most of them are donks who just go allin. But that's something you can play if you have no money. |

OP, you could another online player, someone who trusts you and you trust, to do a player-to-player transfer $10 into your FTP account in exchange for $10 somehwere else, or as a stake for a series of micro-buyin SnG or cash game sessions (which are quite difficult to lose money at, although incredibly boring due to the requirement of no-frills ABC poker to reduce variance).
Or freerolls, 5 hours of skill+luck and then you get like $1 or $2 paid to you, yay... |
