Played in a $3-rebuy after a bit of a hiatus from the game. Long story short (because I forgot to enable my hand history recorder)2 hands made me wonder if I should've just waited a bit longer.
1) I got a KK and on the flop I hit trips and called all in. The guy had 67 and needed runner runner straight. He got runner runner straight.
I rebuy.
2) about 10 minutes later, I get back up to 3,000 chips and I pick up an AA, there's a big raise before me I call. Flop is K84. He bets, I raise all in, he take time and calls with 77. turn/river is 56. Another runner runner straight. I'm runner runnered again.
I surrender and don't rebuy.
Ohh....... sigh. |

I've had this happen too, but the flip side is I bet you've called with something similar and realized they had a pocket pair and won.
Goes both ways.
Last night I was pushed in with pocket 10s against pocket 10s..
Board gave me a flush and he was knocked out. |

| Ha! I actually didn't play since then. Needed to calm down. So I turned on my other poker client, DoylesRoom. 2 hands into my session, I hit trip 7's on the rainbow flop. Guy moves all in, I call and another runner runner straight defeat. When you're running bad, doesn't matter what site you play on lol. |

Doomswitches are IP based. Doesn't matter what site you play on. It's best to go to a starbucks and bum wifi to get out of the rut. |
