|
|
I started with a $50 deposit and worked the $2.25 9man SNGs until my bankroll was $110. (13% ROI) At this BR level I took a shot @ the $5.50 level and cashed in 3 in a row to start me off nicely at taking at shot at the next level. After running my BR up to a peak of $179 over 53 games, I have had a hard time the last 50 or so games and my BR is back down to $107. It's now time to stick to good BR management and drop back down a level. I am so disappointed as I felt comfortable at this level of play..but july has just been a month were I can't seem to come out ahead at all. I know it's not big $$$...but it's disappointing none the less. |

| Had to do the same thing. Was doing ok at the $5, $6's, then lost half my roll and am back at the $2 SNGs. Hope it goes well. |

| 5.50 sit and gos are too high for a bankroll of less than 200. Its smart to play sit and gos where for each one you have 50 buy ins for or would be less than 1 % of your bankroll. Plus, if you are consistantly beating a game, keep playing it unless you make so much that you should move up. |

I think that's a little high personally. Maybe if you multitable..then ya. Single table SNG I take a shot at the next level when my BR reaches 20 BI's. If I don't cash, then I go back to the lower level. If I cash, I keep playing that level unless my BR drops below 20 BI's again. If I multitabled I would use around double the BI's for that level...so 40-50 BI's. |

I wouldn't have thought i would get sound BR advice from a different thread. I am playing the 2 dollar SnGs. Multitabling them in fact. I thought I would go up a level at $100 BR but that's not enough based on your BRM rules. thanks |
