Sorry but it states in the Ganeva Convention that if someone creates a thread that is hating on the Yankees that there must be a Yankees Rule thread to counter it... It is also part of full tilt pokers Fairness Doctrine... look it up!
So with that said I wills start it off...

New York Yankees: 27 world Championships after they win tomorrow.
Chicago Teams: 3 world championships in 193 years.
Hell the METS have 2 World Series wins and 2 other World Series appearances in that time frame. The ROCKIES have made a World Series. Florida has purged their team TWICE and still won 2 World Series.
And somehow everyone loves to go to Wrigley Field and U.S. Cellular Field and get drunk.
I rest my case. |

What case? I'd much rather get drunk at Wrigley Field than sit at home, sober, thinking of how great it is that people playing baseball in New York won the world series in 1923, AINEC!
BTW: Since I've been alive, Yankees have won 4 and Phils have won 2. So I'm not sure how any those previous 23 really do much for anyone under ~30 years old. |
