My apologies to the team. I let you all down tonight and wasn't reliable at all. I'm not one for excuses but I must be to some extent because I feel the need to explain my situation.
I've been in Mohave Valley, AZ all week. It's basically near Laughlin, NV and 90 minutes South of Las Vegas. My dad bought a place out here (he's retired) so he has a warm place to stay during winters; we're originally from Wisconsin.
Anyways, I came out for the week to help him fix the place up. We've painted the entire house, to include the ceiling and laid flooring, etc. I got on this free trial thing with Verizon for the month where I use my BlackBerry as a modem for an internet connection. It was either that or no internet for me this week. It's actually not available in Mohave Valley but it is available in a nearby town called Needles, CA. If I'm fortunate enough to pick up the Verizon tower there I'm in business, if not, no go.
Well, I couldn't connect until much later tonight...so I couldn't play. I figured if nobody saw me register someone would step in but understandably I was relied upon to play so I can understand why this didn't happen. I found out we had to forfeit and lose 2 points. 
There's my story. Hopefully we can step it up and go on a heater next week. |

I made a little noise for us today. A 1rst and a 4th.
4th in NLHE where MattMPH was rigged QQ< AA, AQ<KK. But I shipped the HORSE, including making what LBS called the worst pf call ever with Q8 where he was short stacked with A7, flop Q84 and we got it all in the middle. I knew he'd barrel hit or miss, so I figured I'd see a flop to stack him |
