So PJ.... when you're playing will your own team mates be allowed to rail you?
Or will this cause you to piss in your pants and run crying to mummy for your special kisses to make the hurt and abject humiliation go away ?

We need to know so we can get the magic boo boo hankies ready.

I feel my work here is done.

The first one by far ;p
then i suggest 'the farts' as your team name

however, i forgot Ronin sent me some IMs while I was signed off from AIM.
I don't get them when i sign on later, so to not be unfair I cannot assign the name 'the farts' to you guys. I am pretty sure he sent me the team name.

so you will stay team PJs Ronin until he gets up and announces the team name again.

Ok, for those who haven't seen the posts, I've done a cut and paste here.

bigpairde wrote:
important note:
we noticed that unfortunately it happened that some players received help from the rail, that was obv. no trashtalk but real time coaching.

the captains decided unanimously:
should this happend again, there will be a 1point penalty for the team the 'coacher' is a member of.

Hghlndr6 then filled in the blanks with:

hghlndr6 wrote:
Here's what it's all about. During a critical point in one of the games on Saturday, a railer told one of the players to "call" when the player, a short stack, was being put all-in. We don't know to what extent the player was influenced by the railer's advice but the bottom line is that the player did call, doubled up from a short stack, and subsequently scored points.

Captains discussed this and decided that we cannot tolerate coaching while the game is being played. In future games (beginning Sunday, 25Oct), there will a penalty of 1 point for each such infraction, levied on the team that the railer is from.

So, don't do it. Don't coach from the rail. Doesn't mean we can't rail. Doesn't mean we can't encourage teammates or denigrate the opposition. It does mean that we can't say "bet," "raise," "call," "fold," or any similar instruction.

Let's keep the railing in a positive frame... cheer on your team mate and bury the opposition.

Big weekend for the Headliners guys. Solid wins to Gypsydc and aarosakura, plus additional points from the rest of the team saw us as the biggest winner for the weekend.

Outstanding work!
