Hi,
I'm new enough at this that I don't want to put a bunch of money on the line without more learning. I've been in the play money and the real money areas and sometimes just want to watch and learn from people who know more than I.

The play money area is OK, but it just doesn't help a lot when there are people who just go 'All In' on every hand, go bust, and just replenish their play money.

Is there anywhere in the live money area where I can go to watch the game and be able to see all of the cards?

Thanks,
Dave

OK, I was afraid that would be the answer.

Thanks...

security, of course.

but for what you're trying to do, it's better if you can't see the cards. practice putting people on a range of hands, and check to see how close you were whenever the hand goes to showdown. you're not going to see everybody's cards when you're playing, so it's better to practice this way.

I hear Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet have these accounts where you can see all the cards.

Play tournaments on play money, forget playing the first few hands so that you get rid of the "all in" merchants & then just play. It isn't the same as real money but a lot closer as people want to stay in the game.
