Sounds like you downloaded the .net version, instead of the .com version. The .net version is play money only.
I'd uninstall FT, then download the client again from www.fulltiltpoker.com |

What method are you using to try cashing out with?
Check withdrawal is a good option if you're in the U.S. You will need to send in proof of identity before they let you use it though. |

I'd try to be patient. FT support is notoriously slow.
Also, I've read about a few instances similar to yours on the forums and it seems like the money is always returned to the original account ... |
