I found that the best thing to do at the low levels is to wait to you are pretty sure you have them beat before you bet.

You pump it to create a big pot, which gives you correct odds to chase. At least, that's how Phil Hellmuth recommends playing razz in his book, Play Poker Like the Pros. I think.

Only if they rely almost entirely on US business, which isn't the case for most of these sites. If you play somewhere reputable you have nothing to worry about.
