I just finished reading all these pages, and must commend you on the way you have handled all the queries re Abominable, but particularly the ones asking for his personal information. As you said, those who knew him closely already have all the info, and the rest of us can use this forum as a way to offer our thoughts and condolences to his family, friends, and poker community.

If a charity has been selected by the family, I'd like to make a donation. In order for them to know how many friends he has in this community, what would be best to put on the donation, i.e. %FTP/Abominable and FTP's address? I don't care that they know who sent the donations, just that they know how many of us appreciate such a stand-up guy.

My condolences to you as well on the loss of a good friend. Thanks for keeping his memory alive in such a tasteful and respectful manner.

Yikes! I completely missed this by being absent from this forum for so long.

I can only wish my belated condolences to his family, and say that I believe it is a truly good man that has passed. Hopefully the goodwill he spread will be returned to those he cares about.

I have a belated abominable story which I hope nobody takes offense to. I've been playing internet poker since it started and have an account at any site you can name or ever existed. I've always been a person that chats alot in the chat box but never understood how people made plans or arrangements to meet up with someone in Vegas or at a tournament somewhere. I just always thought I have a million friends why would I need to meet some stranger on the internet. Then after dealing with abominable for months I actually said to myself "you know what this is a guy a could actually have a drink with" He seems like a good Joe. The next day I'm on 2+2 and read of his passing. He's the first person I never met that meant alot that he died. Bless you sir!!
