very sad news.
I would like to see his status change from message board junkie to something nice like:
we will miss you, ...RIP,....
something like that ....
so that it will remind everyone that he was a great guy and unfortunately is no longer among us.... |

I don't think that anyone needs some sort of phrase to remember how good a person he was, in my opinion. |

| All I can say is OMG. He was a great asset to the player transactions section. He devoted alot of time and effort to make this a safe trading environment. He had a keen sense to sniff out the scammers, he will be greatly missed. RIP......Abominable |

Wow, just wow.
I didn't know abom personally, but from doing trades together/informing the n00bs how its done around here I could tell he was a stand-up guy. He will truly be missed by all. .
now, he's in a place where pocket aces hold and scammers aren't welcome.
RIP.
(anyone know how old he was?) |

Abominable was a class act. Always extending himself for the benefit of others. He and I traded many times via PM, and he would regularly send 1st if I merely asked for help.
I am very sorry for his family.
I do not know what to say- I am speechless and sad.
may the sets be with you Abominable |

Sad news. Best wishes to his family.
Second person I have a slight connection with to die of a heart attack in the past 24 hours. He wasn't away on business in MA by chance was he? |

| Although poker nicknames are ambiguos, I think everyone you have dealt with could picture the person one the other side of abominable. An honest caring person who was always willing to help out a player in need. Thanks for quick and fair transactions... Hoping other players can carry on the integrity with which you conducted yourself. You are a tremendous asset. God bless and hope you win that Poker tournament in the sky. |

He died at age 56 near his home in the Midwest.
I would prefer not to post details of his private life. His family and close friends surely are greatly suffering at their loss, and I fear that some immature AH who took umbrage at abominable's good deeds might cause them further trouble.
The funeral home has been selected. I expect the arrangements to be made in the next few days. |
