This is by no means 'unusual'. My pocket kings lose heads up no less than 80% of the time I play them. I would really just love to lose a game once and think 'wow, I was outplayed!', instead of seeing 56 vs my kk, and knowing full well before you even see any cards what's going to happen. This is such garbage.
The best part is that these **** idiots are talking **** to me about my ratings. How exactly are you supposed to defend your ratings when even your coinflips are 2 headed coins, not in your favor?

The first hand you played so bad, it hurts.
The second hand you got unlucky. Boohoo. |

| First hand, they were on a draw and hit. Second hand, as KK is a monster of small suited connectors it is only a 75 / 25 favorite, that means you lose 1 out of 4 times. |

59% and 77%? pretty tame beats
and yeah if you're regularly playing like you did in the QQ hand, no wonder you're losing. try making some strategy posts or something and learn how to play better. |

QQ hand was played badly because of the minraises. But I guess almost everybody here would have been all-in eventually. The only thing is, you could have pushed him out of the hand by betting bigger preflop, so you wouldn't have this loss.
As they say, with hands like AA, KK or QQ, you win small pots but lose big ones. |

I can't win a game today. Tell me this was a bad play. They ALL go like this. I swear im either cursed or it's fake. There's no variance. No coinflip. I lose.
The only thing that keeps me playing is the hope that things eventually do even out. If AK hits vs my pocket pair 90% of the time, maybe eventually the swing will get even kinda close to 50/50. that would be huge!

| I would probably re-raise preflop, but calling isn't bad. Once your opponent bets, he pretty much has to call a shove because he is getting 5:1 odds and he has 6 outs for a 3:1 shot. Plus he might have the best hand, if you had been shoving with a hand like AQ or AJ. Bad luck for you, but I don't think your opponent's play was wrong. |

| It's not bad luck. It's every time I go heads up with the best hand. A card left _always_ hits against me. Any luck at all would be it holding up. |

No, it's not. You have been running bad for a while. If you keep blaming bad luck and refuse to improve your play, your results aren't going to get any better. |

You did learn a lesson... that you can't lose if you don't play. Can't win either, but I guess that doesn't matter that much to you, right?
So, there ya go. If you are so concerned about not losing to bad beats, just fold every hand. I guarantee you won't experience a bad beat ever again. |
