Unlike all the other people who are probably having the same problem as me, I have done my research. I have googled every forum that reveals a user who has problems logging in, the usual "Please contact logginsupport for help..." I now know that Full Tilt disables accounts as a form of suspension for suspicious behaviours, such as multiple accounts or fraud.
Unlike others, I KNOW what I have done wrong. Here is the situation. My friend has an account who recently can't log in because of the problem above. I had no idea they had suspended his account. I just thought it was a glitch. I proposed that he comes to my house and uses my computer, since the FTP program on his pc was not accepting any accounts whatsoever. He comes over, and he tries going into his account, but no luck. Now I try to relog into my own account, and I am now receiving the same message as him. Obviously, had I made the research before he tried logging in and knowing that his account is suspended, I would not have let him use my pc.
Now my IP is "hot", and no account is working on my FTP. I have sent them an email, but like I read on these forums, the "reply time" is very very slow and their customer service is rather poor.
I don't know why my friend's account is suspended, hell he doesn't even know why. However, my question is, will I ever get my account back? Or should I get used to some other poker programs? What should I do? Should I send them some sort of legal documents?
For now I guess I'll just wait ages as they send me an email (although it's only been 3 days). The worse part is I VERY rarely play for money, as i spend most of my time trying to get those FT points.
Thanks alot |
