Instead of threating me, if there is a support dept why don't you have them contact me.
I guess the threat was just easier than the dealing with the truth. |

Because the fact that he's a Moderator on this forum doesn't mean that he has any special connects or contact with Full Tilt's support department.
Even the Mods here have to go through the e-mail loop to get something accomplished. |

I recognize that this is an industry wide problem; however other sites have definitely handled the problems with customer service much better. It is obvious that full tilt lacks in this area and couldn't care less. Furthermore what is more upsetting is how they are attempting to cover everything.
The ONLY way to make them concerned about the players welfare is to hit them where it hurts....the pocket books. DONT PLAY AT FULL TILT!! What is the benefit? Even if you win you will NEVER see your money!!! Play at a site that supports their players; like PARTY POKER.
LET A FEW GUARANTEES NOT MAKE AND THEY WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEMS PRONTO!!!!
Besides, they obviously are too overwhelmed and need the extra time to pay us. It is time to ban together and get some service!!! |

So you're basically saying, "even though you just told me support is backed up and it takes awhile for them to get back to us, I want them to contact me now!"
What makes you so special that you get to go to the front of the line? |

The problem is with US withdrawals, though. Party Poker doesn't allow US players, so it's a moot point. FTP doesn't have any problems processing non-US withdrawals. I made one about 10 days ago and got it in 2 days. |

Because that would have resulted in positive reinforcement for negative behavior. I think most people who study psychology would agree that's generally a bad way to deal with behavior issues.

Ccarpenter, I'd consider banning you as well.
How many threads do you need about this issue? You've made at least 4-5 recently. Nobody is saying they aren't worried about money withdrawals to the U.S., but you don't need to make a new thread about it every few minutes.
I'm worried about it as well, but personally, I think it's too soon to hit the panic button. I'd rather give it another week or two, before I start laying out all the conspiracy theories.
Being annoying on the forums isn't going to get you your money any faster. |

people should be able to voice their opinion. People are very concerned about their money, and lack of communication from FT doesn’t help.
I think the banning C for informing people FT doesn’t offer support is F up.
Why don’t FT start answering questions like,
If I withdrew on april 15 for 2200 and on april 19 I made another with draw..is it possible if u can combine the two request…
But of course 20 days later…and still no responds from FT. except some email that doesn’t even answer the question…but its just a cut and paste!!!
So C and every1 has the right to say that FT does not offer support!!!! |
