So, I was playing 2-7 triple draw in the 8 game mix on stars, and a situation that I had never really considered came up. It was the second draw, and on the first draw I had hit 3-4-5-6-7. I had to draw one, but I which one???
If I drop the 7, I can make a good 8, but a 2 would now hurt.
If I drop the 3, it's the same story in reverse. (not to mention, stupid)
The 4 or the 5 seem sort of arbitrary.
I figured that the "6" was most obvious choice available, which is what I did, and would probably do every time.
I'm assuming that my logic here is correct... Yes? No?
Sorry if this seems like an obvious answer (OF COURSE YOU DROP THE 6, YOU DUMMY!!!), but at the time, I was really perplexed for a few seconds.
Cheers- |

| Yeah, dropping the 6 is your best choice as you pick up 8 outs to a smooth 8. |

| Yeah. 6 is just a bad card overall. Did not know that until I watched the lone 2-7 video on CardRunners. |

Sixes make straights.
They're nice in A-5 though. |
