Can someone tell me what is the worst possible omaha starting hand? I don't play omaha much, so I was just wondering.

2222, 3333, 4444. You get where I'm going with this. Any four of a kind is pretty, but pretty bad. Very Happy

Yeah I thought about it later, and I guessed it would be 2222.

I've actually got four dueces before, and it was my big blind..It sux...it can only beat an unpaired hand, which rarely happens in omaha.

Any four of a kind in your hand is terrible, followed closely by three of a kind, or four unconnected cards of all one suit. i saw a guy reraise, yes reraise all his chips before with aaaa vs. three other players, he lost, came in last actually.

many players don't recognize that they have to use exactly two of their hole cards, not three or four...

4 of one colour is really bad, it's no flush if there are 1 or two hearts in the flop and you got 4 in your hand...
you take away your outs by yourself..

Wouldn't it be better to have 4 cards of one suit than 4 different suits?

yeah at least with all being one suit you can at least make a flush, with 4 rainbow cards, it's impossible.
