Was at a home game with a few friends of mine. One of my friends tosses in a 3x BB sized raise pre-flop. He gets one caller to the flop.
Flop: 9-6-9 (I don't remember the suits).
My friend checks and the caller puts in a raise of about half the pot. My friend then says "I can't believe I have to fold tens here" as he tosses in his cards. After he does, one of my friends asks to deal out the rest of the hand (they are always rabbit hunting).
Anyway, a 5 falls on the turn, and my friend who folded screams, "No! I would have made a full house!"
I say, "Funny. I thought you had tens."  |
