| Definitely not enough information here. Stack sizes? Reads? How often does this player float the flop w/ garbage? If you can't provide that much info what stakes? |

| Just check and fold unless you have a reason to do something else. An unknown that calls the flop isn't all that likely to go away on a blank turn. |

This is definitely the best default line to take. |

Well, he said he has no reads, but all of the other info you asked for is necessary. OP, you need to start posting HH, where all of this info is in the question, or start learning to do it yourself. I know you don't like math or whatever, but for us to answer you questions, it has to do a lot with the numbers, like pot odds, stack sizes relative to the blinds, ect.
If we are assuming that both you and the opponent are 100BB deep, then I would have to say that Riddim's line is pretty standard. Like he said, don't do anything except for ck/fold unless you have a reason to. For example, if he always raises his overpairs on low flops, then you would have to think that his call on the flop would mean more likely that he has a draw or a really weak pair that can be bluffed out.
Oh, another really important question....cash game or tourney? Simply having this hand in a certain stage of a tourney could drastically change how you play this hand. |

| Definitely not enough info here. We don't necessarily need any reads or even stack sizes, but info on the hands and the bets would help. You say the flop were rags. Were any of them suited? Are there any straight possibilities? With your c-bet, did you bet 1/2 pot or more? And what is your definition of 'rags'? 10 and under? 9? |

Why arent stack sizes important? Stack sizes help define his range by a lot. If stacks are deep, then you can expect his range to include more draws, suited connectors, and small pocket pairs. If stacks are short, then I'd expect to see more two big card types of hands and higher pocket pairs. Plus, knowing how much is left in each stack can help determine if they are drawing or slowplaying because they can get their stack in without raising or other possibilities. Point is, stack sizes can greatly change the way a hand is played. |
