I was under the impression that any hand that has either 3 pairs, full house, or better (worse) means you technically don't have a qualifying hand for Razz. I had a full house and he had quads, so shouldn't have this been a split? Should I email support, or am I missing a tie-breaker rule somewhere? |

There are no qualifying hands necessarily in Razz, unlike split-pot games where it's five cards 8 or lower.
The worst hand you can make is 2 2 Q 6 3
The worst hand your opponent can make is A A K 3 2
AA is lower than 22 in Razz, so your opponent wins. Gotta love Razz. Play 7 stud hi for a session and get nothing better than a mid pair. Go play Razz and see quads vs boat. |

Well isn't that a kick in the plums Hi2u, btw
I guess emailing support probably won't help me much, huh? I'm actually kinda glad this didn't happen in a 7 stud cash game...I'd be poor, well - more poor than I already am. Thanks Boomer. |
