You have to clear the bonus by paying rake (cash game tables) and/or fees (tournaments).
For every 5c fee spent to enter a tournament, you earn 0.35 FTP. So a $1+25c SNG will earn you 1.75 FTP.
For every 5c rake deducted from a pot in a cash game in which you were dealt cards, you earn 0.05 FTP.
For every 1 FTP you earn, you clear 6c of your bonus. Your bonus is released to your account in increments of 10% or $20 whichever is lesser.
So if you did a $50 deposit to your account, you will receive $5 bonus after earning 84 FTP.
Bonus FTPs won in the Forum Freeroll, awarded for top three in the MJB junkies tournaments, or for double-qualifying for a FTP entry event are not earnt and thus do not count towards clearing your deposit bonus.
