Any official comments? I'm no expert, but I'd say she's pretty pissed. Will rake go up if she wins to cover the $40m bill?

As I understand it, she agreed to be a poster girl/TeamFullTilt member for a 1% share in the company, and believes she hasn't been paid her share. She's had a good enough year so far to be able to hire a decent lawyer, hence the suit.

So it's safe to say she isn't being invited to the home game anymore....or maybe they will and say, "You want 40 MILL? Come get it playa!" Settle it out of court imo.

"In the claim, Gowen alleges an oral contract existed while admitting no written contract had ever been signed, and that most of the alleged promises took place over the telephone or in meetings with Tiltware executives in Las Vegas in 2004. "

case closed. Get it in writting.

Just because she should have gotten it in writing and didn't doesn't mean its case closed. There is such a thing as a verbal contract...
