Bots generally only win at HU Limit HE anyway. Get 'em on a full table at a PL/NL game, and they get chewed up. Old news, and why winning players generally don't worry about them.

There are, actually.

If you're desperate to flush your money, (and weeks of your life) I can even direct you to a few websites which sell scriptable poker bots - you can program them with your play style and hand selection parameters and the like, but it's very time intensive, and like I said, they only make money at HU Limit HE, so I really don't know why anyone would want to bother with one.

sorry i think i caught the wrong end of the stick in this thread, i was referrring to bots invested in by the sites to crush tables. Basically i was saying it isnt rigged. But i guess it realistic for people to spend money on personal bots to play for them Smile

That's where I would draw the line and join the (AAB) "Aliance Against Bots" No bot is going to drink my Beer... Evil or Very Mad

People beat bots at chess, and chess has far less possibilities then poker.
