My guess is that the SB thinks that OTB is stealing the pot and would prefer the button to fold. I wouldn't put too much merit into the SB's hand. I'd be more concerned about the button since that player will have position the entire hand.

I'm folding most of my hands here. I only play premium hands in this situation. And I'm definitely not calling with them, I'm capping.

FOLD. What kind of a flop will you need to continue with the hand? Any A that hits and gets alot of action means your almost definitely beat, and the only hands you can beat with A7 without pairing the flop are hands like KQ or KJ, which is very unlikely that people are RR with PF. Basically you need a miracle, you need to flop a set of 7's or some kind of openended straight draw with your 7 to continue with any good hope of winning the pot.
