I cannot imagine any conceivable scenario where the software erroneously gave the pot to a non-winning hand (which I think is what the poster was trying to get at). If that happens just once, then the integrity of the entire site seems pretty well shot; who will want to play at a site where they not only have to have the best hand, but hope the software's integrity holds and they're actually awarded the pot they're rightfully entitled to?

Besides, it's not too difficult to write a simple computer program or routine that compares and ranks values of final hands; some of the computer-literate posters on here can probably fire one off in an afternoon.

That said, if you have the hand history to offer as proof, we'd be glad to take a look. I would say it's much more likely that you misread the final hands, as they disappear from the screen fairly quickly, and you probably overlooked something.

Sounds like he maybe got counterfeited by a board pair or some such.

Come on, you played a 35, what were you thinking?
