I was just wondering this myself since we'll never really see it.
I think 10bb/hr, that might be a little to high?

Let's not factor in multi tabling because that would just be confusing.

I think it depends what the "micro limit" is. There's a big difference between .01/.02 and say .50/1 and everything in between. I think at .10/.25 and below they are going to be only marginally better than a good recreational player simply because about all you can do is push hard with big hands and fold everything else. It's really more about patience and knowing what a good hand is than actually playing your opponent (other than knowing who the maniacs are and who the tight players are). You can't bluff much and value betting gets pointless in some games because people will call all-ins with average hands, so you might as well do that as opposed to value bet.

Embarassed i am sorry in advance for asking this but i don't understand what it means when someone says 10 BB/hr. does that mean 10 Big Blinds/hr? so if you are at a .05/.10 table that means you make $1/hr? once again sorry for asking such a lame question. Embarassed

ok so i just found that bb is big bets. still, what does that mean? what is considered a big bet. sorry for being a tool.

You're not a tool - at least, not for asking that question. Who knows about the rest of your life... Laughing

But seriously, don't ever feel bad about asking a question on here. It's what we're here for. It is indeed big bets, and in limit poker, big bets are double the big blind. So if you're playing $0.50/$1.00 limit hold em, blinds will be $0.25/$0.50, and a big bet is $1, or the allowed betting limit on the turn and river.

Single tabling s/he could probably beat it for 4-5BB, so s/he's getting around 3bb an hour over the long run (or close to 4-5bb if shorthanded.)

Heh - just refer any flamers to me and I'll set 'em straight. Wink
Nobody's getting flamed on here for asking a question that shows a lack of knowledge rather than total stupidity on my watch. Does that sentance even make sense? I really should have slept last night...

This is very OT, but why sleep when you can do something else instead? Shocked
