And more to the point, I'm quite flattered that you ask me in the ask the pros section.
The way I do it is to set up a photobucket account (www.photobucket.com), upload my photos to there and then use the BB code url they provide (it's free). I just use Photoshop to cut up my screenshots and resize them, by the way.
The code for the images looks something like:
