I've noticed a trend of players thinking they are tight aggressive but are actually tight passive. Beginners and veterans alike think they are aggressive just because they put in a raise preflop with big slick, but fail to put in bets when their A-high is good or they never make attempts to push people off a hand. In fact, when they miss they actually consider themselves aggressive if they continue to just call instead of folding--but it never occurs to them that they should be raising in certain circumstances.
So, I am curious to see what people classify themselves as since I see far fewer TA opponents at the tables than I do LAG or TP. Comments welcome.

I consider myself "tight more aggressive than passive." Every couple of weeks I find a way to meaningfully be more aggressive than I used to be and I'm probably 75% TA and 20% TP and 5% LAG.

I think I reached poker enlightenment when I read and digested Super System's NL chapter. Doyle stated that if he is the pre-flop aggressor, he will lead out and bet 2/3 of the time no matter what the flop brings.

In regards to Limit(especially lower limits), you MUST play tighter than other players. Loose players will make huge runs, where they catch cards and turn big profit. But in the long run, they will get busted. Aggression is also a key to limit play. Playing straightforward and betting your made hands is essential. You don't need to try and trap players as much. I've found that in lower limits, players are just looking for a reason to call with things like second pair, lower pairs, wired pairs, and all sorts of draws. This inhibits your ability to run bluffs on them...but they will pay you off when you have the goods.

Work to be a Tight/Agressive player.

In SNG's I am ultra tight and super aggressive (usually when I come in early it's for 10xbb). I play only premium hands because frankly I can usually do that until there are 4 people left (usually I can post-fold my way into 4th at low limits). Then once the blinds are high I loosen way up but still ultra aggressive and I usually get a lot of folds and a decent chip stack before everyone realizes i've completely switched gears.

Cash games I am more loose-passive pre-flop with mediocre hands because I feel like I can figure out where I'm at in the hand once the flop hits. I call with lots of sneaky hands in multiway pots. If I raise pre-flop though it's usually a rather large raise and I almost always bet out on the flop, and usually on the turn (depending how many people are in the pot and what position I have).

I will bet top pair out of position, but will check call if I have the nuts when there are 5 other players in the hand. So I'm a gear switcher.

I pretty much play by SSHE when I play limit at a full table, so I'm definitely agressive. I don't really know whether I'd call it loose or tight, probably somewhere in between. When I play short handed (5 or less), I'm usually LAG all the way. Since I've started playing NLHE my short handed limit game has gotten quite bad though, so I've decided to stay away from those tables for a while and focus on getting my NL game together.

when i used to play online cash games, i was classified as LAG... but ever since i started strictly playing shorthanded SNG's, i've become TAG (this is according to me, not pokertracker because i dont know how to use pokertracker for tournaments)...

I don't play where PT works most of the time, so I can't give you an AF, but I'd say I'm far more LAG then TAG when it comes to Omaha Hi, especially short-handed. I'd probably be borderline TAG/TAP when it comes to LHE, but I'd have no stats to really determine that.

interesting reply, I forgot to mention I was aiming this thing at HE and not other games. I suppose in Omaha Hi it could be more beneficial to be LAG given the fact that better players can see more situations and not lose as much edge as you do in holdem if you play more hands.
I find it just as interesting that most votes went to players thinking that they are TA and I still find it hard to believe, but matches my observations of what players consider themselves (whether they are or aren't).

Give me a couple of months. New computer this weekend, Pokertracker a week or so after that. Maybe two months to have enough hands to post a meaningful number.

This coming weekend...saturday or sunday. Planning to get an AMDx2 based machine. Trying to decide between 1GB and 2GB memory and whether or not I should get a DVD player in addition to the DVD-R.

Bought myself a 19" LCD a couple of weeks ago and it is sweet.
