I have been permanently banned from playing at Full Tilt Poker. I had 2 deposits for $600 each rejected by my bank so I owe Full Tilt $1200. I have tried to contact them and pay them back so my account could be reactivated and I can begin playing again. I received an email saying my account was permanently banned from playing and they will not reply to anymore of my emails. This is okay with me, I will go and play at Pokerstars or another poker site. Here is the problem...
My dad and my brother play here constantly and have been customers for quite some time. They have both gotten their accounts suspended because of me. They both received emails stating that they will no longer be allowed to play on here because of the ban put on me. They have offered to send in their identification and all that but have been denied by Full Tilt. Any suggestions on what I could do to get my dad and brother back on. They're extremely frustrated by this because Full Tilt is the only site they will play on. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

| Post the emails. I think you could get better answers if we saw the exact language of what they said. |

here is one email I received:
Hello ----,
We are contacting you regarding your Full Tilt Poker account.
After a thorough investigation, we have determined that you are closely
associated with players who are guilty of fraudulent activity on Full Tilt
Poker.
We have determined you are associated with the player due to one or more of the
following parameters:
*Accounts have logged in from the same computer/IP address.
*Transfer of funds between both accounts.
*Similar information on accounts.
*Shared payment processors.
For security and privacy reasons, we are unable to release the names of the
associated fraudulent players.
Full Tilt Poker has zero tolerance for fraudulent activity. To protect our
players and maintain the security of our site, we have permanently closed your
account.
Regards,
Heather

1. of course we are going to have similar information on our accounts.. we are family members and 3 of the 4 live in the same house.
2. yea we only have 2 computers in our house, we will log on from the same computer sometime.
3. player transfers have occurred because we transfer to one another when we go broke on here..
We have never ever attempted to play at the same table or do anything of that sort. The only thing that we've ever done wrong is the 2 deposits got returned. I am willing to pay them back but they say the decision is final...
what should I do?> |

| The email contradicts your first post so I'm not sure what to tell you. It doesn't say anything about the deposits being rejected. |

The email he posted sounds like it was the one sent to his family members, not him.
If I understand it correctly, you were banned when two deposits bounced, and then FT "discovered" your "duplicate" accounts when they investigated it? |
