| The latest update, like the last, crashes on my Mac. It crashed twice today within an hour, in the lobby and during play. |

| No problems with either update here either, playing 8 or more hours a day. And this is on a Mac that's below listed requirements due to my good one being temporarily out of service |

I have also been experiencing the same technical difficulties as of a month or so ago after an update. The client has become very unstable. I generally have to reopen the FTP software 3 or 4 times every time I begin play. I can get to the lobby open a table, maybe even sit, and then it will quit out. I will repeat until I can get seated at a few tables.
I have not found any remedies while searching through the forums. I am not using any other poker tracking software or have any other apps open while attempting to use the FTP software.
Hopefully if enough Mac users whine on the boards the issue will be addressed. Prior to the latest update I had no stability issues with the software. |

The same has been happening to me. Crashing, MacBook heats up and fan goes to full blast, software using tremendous amount of processor resources, and just overall lethargic performance such as clicking bet or fold buttons not working for several seconds after the click. Many times I have to shut down and restart computer to get it working reasonably well again, and even that doesn't always work.
I'm not happy with this software at all.
I doubt it is the computer - 1.83 GHz Core Duo MacBook with 3 GB ram and 300GB hard drive. All my other software works fine. |

| Think a 300GB hard drive is under the min requirements to run the FTP client. Try adding a 500GB external, that should run the client |

|
|
| HELPPPP! I have had problems with FTP for about 3 months now... I have Mac 10.5.5 OS and I while I can get to the lobby nothing else works. All the buttons and interfaces don't show up, and when I try to go to a table - it crashes. Is there any setting that needs to be adjusted? This really sucks as i have enjoyed playing and can't! Anyone have any ideas besides going to some other site? |
