So sry L O , This would make me crazy .
I have two ideas for you .
First , they change most of the pro's used ID's when they become sponsored , so it is not unprecedented. Fair is fair
Second , IMO am e mail campaign wont work .
I think if every one who likes you sends an e mail with the " case number " assigned to your problem stating that for the week of xx/xx/xx they will not play a raked hand in support of you that has a good chance of getting their attention . I would be happy to do this for you .
FullTilt's support seems to do as they wish . I tried to get a raked account before my first deposit . I had never played a raked hand and they denied me , even though the TOS allows for play chip play and ZI had every rifgt to use an affiliate . Then when I pulled my funds off the site they offered me RAKEBACK PROS , not RAKETHERAKE ... the site I chose. I wonder how they feel about this at the affiliates ?
This is the one thing I absolutely hate , we have no where to take a grievance about the way these things are handled . Please don't tell me we have the KGC , any one ever heard of them actually coming to a players aid ? I would love to see some kind of governmental regulation of the online poker industry ... just not my government please. know most people would say its your fault ... not that big a deal But think about the other postings we have seen here about closed accounts and monies being forfeited .. maybe they all were not scammers .
My 2 cents .. really sry to see this bud . as a long term member of the forums some thing could be done for you. |

The sponsored pros didn't break the TOS by playing on an account under someone else's name to achieve rakeback. |

The fact that both accounts were in use even for almost a year though one had no rake back screams that is not the case . If the first account set up on that comp by the two brothers was dormant then maybe , but we all know it wasn't
As his L O account was raked , why does he need to open another reked account... to cheat ? Not L O .

The L O account was set up under his brother's name. According to the terms of agreement, you may not play on anyone else's account. |

Simple terms.
The LO account was not a typical multi account to generate rakebake.
It was a new account for a new person.
I'll quote myself in the other thread to show how stupid the TOS are.
Guitarguy, read carefully please..with all due respect. |
