So sad, another site busted, Ultimate Bet. Corrupt employees had a code to see players cards(lol). So, maybe it's not just luck anymore and the bad play is for a reason? Lets be real here, computers were meant to be hacked and computer programs have a backdoor to allow someone to gain entry. I like to play cards, but have never really trusted online poker for this reason along with the stupid beats. That why I only freeroll now. I am ahead and plan on staying ahead. Good Luck to you all that think online gambling is safe. Its just a matter of time before more site's get caught. This is my last post seeing how I like the number 8.

I should also add that this is not exactly breaking news. It was initially reported at the end of 2007, and confirmed by UB at the beginning of this year that "something" was going on.

LOL, I can dodge bullets baby, to damn funny.

I wanted to clear up my comment about other sites being busted. I love Full Tilt don't get me wrong, it's my site of choice if I was to make a deposite or transfer. I am sure FTP/PS takes every precaution possible to allow safe gaming. But, there's always the possibility that it can and has happened at both as well. I mean why would so many people (or same person or a few handful with multiple screen names) be so arrogant, sarcastic, and smug with their comments in the forums? I know if I programmed something I would leave a backdoor. I know if I was a employee at FTP/PS I would try to manipulate the software as well. The temptation would be to great with all the cash floating around here to try not to cheat.

I like the number 9 as well...< idiot...last post seriously...

Yeah, the news is pretty slow. Its been widely known that AP/UB were connected too. You can even transfer money from your UB account directly to your AP account and vice versa on the interface. I havn't touched the sites in quite awhile.

There's cheating on every site in some form or another. Legitimate sites look to their community of players to report when they think they're seeing it. You owe it to all the online players to contact support when something suspicious happens.

Makes me want to cash my money out now and be done with it.

Problem is, I love playing poker and live no where near a casino, so the internet is about the only option I have.

I have this fear that something is going to happen where everyone's money in their on-line poker accounts is going to be worthless and that will be the end of it.

Anyone else have these fears?

I only play a free roll here or there on UB after that came out in the public quite a while ago.
Who knows what goes on behind the scenes really, but all I know is that I have cashed out a lot more than I have put in to FTP, therefore if they are trying to cheat me out of my money they are going about it in a funny way Cool
Also whenever I get up to around $500 ish I always withdraw so if anything ever did happen it wouldnt be too disastrous. I think its a concern for everyone, but what do you do!

I said the temptation would be to great to try and not to cheat, doesn't mean I would. I have to much self respect and like to earn things honestly in the eyes of God. So, I wouldn't cheat just on the fact of that.

I also found in my life experience that whenever I am arrogant that I lose until I show good sportmanship. In a game of chance/luck of the draw, how can so many be so arrogant with their posts here unless they had some sort of a advantage?

Numbers I like 9,8,3,2 any combination since you asked.

I find it amazing that people who find a way to cheat get away with it. In my opion, if they had a way of seeing people hole cards, who would think they would just grind it out at the low limit games. make good money there where ppl will pay less attention to bad play

For the record I like numbers and letters...preferrably suited in the order of A,K,Q,J,10...Collusion and other cheats exist everywhere...in one form or another there are people out there wanting the proverbial free lunch...just watch who you are playing agianst and never play more than you can afford to lose...by actual loss or colluded tables...The worst I saw was a ring table I sat in on one time where everyone there was from Russia. I, not knowing their language was at a disadvantage, they only talked when I was in a hand and only 1 would call my game...this led me to believe they were colluding against anyone who sat in that one seat that didn't speak their language...I got off the table and they did the same thing to another player who eventually went broke!! I sat back in and then sat out to stop others from being so blatantly taken of their money...one spoke english and told me to leave...I didn't and they broke up their table...So be careful when you sit in no matter the buy in, this was a very low stakes table. GL on the tables.
