Yeah I'm on tilt and sharkscope confirms it.
Played in a couple of those supertourbos and WON-----finally. Then I tried some 6 table satellites for the $750k not so good. Moved on back to the
$20 then back to the $10 since I had just moved up to the $20
Thought it was the cards so I moved back down to the $5 S&G. to wait-em out. Now I can't do anything right. Made a move on button with Q 7s
3xBB to an unopened pot. BB calls with J8u Flop is Q7 BB bets pot I reraise allin pot calls. yep u guess it 9 10, busted.
Next tourney gonna be very tight. BB delt AA folds around to me wit 1/2 blind yeah. Next hand SB delt AA . thinking alright this is my tourney BOORAAHH Cool . CO bets 3x bb button calls I raise 9x bb BB folda CO calls button calls allin. Showdown CO 33 Button 10 10 my AA, flop A 3 3, CHK , CHK x I bet 12x bb co allin call allin . allout.
I know I'm gonna have these kinda beats but I've been playing WAY too aggressive since those Supertourbos and satellites. IE J8 sb fold to me call 40(lol) BB mini raise I push he shows Ak duh duh. Course he wins the good guys never suck out.
Well I guess I'm not hurt too bad just down $100 since this bad run started
But that was hard earned since I started with $0, and has taken me 12 mos to get where my BR can stand the $20 2 table. Took that long mainly cause I have learned the hard way I cant play the ring games. Will sit there till I bust. Crying or Very sad

And yes I would like cheese with this whine. Razz
If this keeps up will post some HH

It happens sometimes. Happening right now to me in fact ... cashed in only 1 of last 23 tournaments, various types, various buy-ins. I've made some mistakes and I've suffered some bad beats. I've been here before and I know I just gotta play through it.

Just made the final table the others joined during the play of this hand. Time to sh!t or get off the pot. Figured he would fold preflop unless he had a hand cause I was pretty much pot committed. Don't think he would have folded to an allin either. I knew he didn't have the 2s, mabye a flush draw.

Yeah im going through a bad run. The kind were you wait all day for a meaningful pot, and as soon as you win it, the inevitable happens the next hand! Its very painful, but you can always avoid going on tilt. Heres some tips:

If you feel like screaming, DO. Close the poker softwere and go and hit something. Much better than losing your bankroll.

If you notice your not playing your best, DON'T play. You will a good percentage of the time, not play well and lose maybe evn upto 3 buyins.

When your coming from a bad run, don't leave the table as soon as you win a meaningful pot and think 'Yay a winning session'. If you build up lots of little wins, you can wipe them out with one big loss.

One last tip, never throw bad money after good. If you know you can't or won't win the pot (or have a good inkling) fold your hand. No point wasting dollars ever.

Tilt affects many many people, make sure you give your self the best chance of avoiding it and it will make (or save) you a lot more money than you would think.
