I don't have a HH or anything, but while playing HORSE, thought about this situation:
6th Street:
Skeeter Jd-Jh in the hole Board: 9s-10d-Jc-6d
Opponent: Showing Qd-4c-Qh-Qs
We'll asssume I completed and was called on 3rd. I bet on 4th and was called. I bet on 5th and was called. Opponent bets on 6th. Is there ever a time where I could call here, or should I muck. Also, should I call if I put my opponent on strictly trips and no boat? |

even if you don't believe he's filled up, you still have to improve to win the hand. also if your opponent has not filled up by 6th then he has a chance to fill up on the river and still have the higher hand than you. i think its a -EV play to call a bet on 6th in this spot. you will be losing money every time you fail to make your hand, and even more when your opponent makes a bigger hand. |

| Not even a question here IMHO, unfortunate but a fold for sure. |

| If you know for certain he has only trips, the pot is most likely big enough to warrant a call. As for this particular situation with the action you described, it doesn't make sense because he would have first action on all rounds of betting, and I don't see him checking on 5th when he hits queens showing and you don't have anything about a jack showing. |

i would be very, very ,very tempted to call if the 9 6 and 10 were completey live, but again, your drawing with one card to come which may improve your hand but still, it could of improved his too , and you dont really want to be in that postion. he may have also hit a boat, f*** knows if he did or not. so all in all its not worth the risk |

| You need to hit and he has to miss even if you hit your hand you will still lose asmall precentage of that time you are less than 20% to win the had with all our outs live witch isnt likely given that j and 10 or worse a pair are likley down cards for your opponent to have with a Q up. |
