| I noticed most of the best razz players can give you win percentages at diff streets based on cards needed and cards seen. How do you calculate this? I"m pretty good at remembering which cards were folded, burned or needed, but I don't know what to do with this info. Is there a rule similar to the rule of 2 and rule of 4 used in Hold em? |

Unfortunately, razz is not as simple as HE. You can run simulations of one razz hand vs. another (or several others) on this site: http://www.propokertools.com/simulator/razzSimulationEditor.jsp and get an idea of how far ahead one hand is or how dead cards affect the percentages. Try guessing the equity for one of the hands while the simulator calculates. When you get good enough, you can get to within 1-2% of the real answer, and do it faster than the puter  |
