Exclamation I made two deposits several (5) days ago. They were paid and show up on my card statement as paid to EU ONLINE SERVICES and OE LRELAND SUPPORT, but these funds are not available on my FTP account.

Numerous auto-responses from cashier@fulltiltpoker but one "meaningful" one advising me to contact 888-TILTPAY for deposit issues. No help there; they told me to contact CASHIER@fulltiltpoker.com.

I just now got a message from SUPPORT (thanks Yue) informing me that my "other" account had been closed. I've never had more than one. Ever.

I'm getting the run-around, I fear, and think I need to close and cancel the payment method/card I've been using. My $100 has been taken by Full Tilt Poker through a deposit but not applied to my account. Can anyone help escalate my problem to the right support or cashier supervisor, or is this a matter for Kahnawake Gaming Commission to handle? Question

Some places require 7 days for a deposit to clear before allowing you to play with it.

I think FTP usually allows instant access to a deposit, but maybe if you have a flag on your account like they think you are multi accounting, they might make you wait the 7 days.

It's been more like 10 days since the deposit, and they flagged acct AFTER deposit errors, and they've since claimed the charges on my bank account are "authorization charges" not real charges, even though the bank says they indeed PAID these charges and were posted. Money is gone according to my bank.

No one has used my computer but me. Not me or the dog. (or the cat or the cockroach I saw the other night, and I killed the cockroach, so it won't be a suspect in the future, for sure.)

My bank disputes FTP's assertion that the charges are "authorization charges" that will be reversed. My bank says money is paid and transferred. There's not much more I can do about this and remain discrete, and FTP knows it.
Confused

I hate to belabor the point, but thought I'd follow up and let (those of) you (who care) know that I'm still waiting for my deposits to be applied to my FTP account.
I finally got a paper statement showing the transactions and who they were paid to. So, I have sent those to FTP security dept and cashier.
Maybe I will be able to play again soon (for real money they've been holding for over a month), unless of course it takes another 30 days for the Security and Fraud department at FTP to investigate.

Question: why do some posters reply with comments that have nothing to do with my post? Pretty colors? I'll be looking for a table where you are playing.
