what's going on? 1st the cash pickup is gone (which was an awesome feature)...now all of the options are completely frozen on the withdrawal screen (except for bank transfer which says this option isn't working). And when ftp emailed me originally about my cash pickup being declined they said it was due to my name and address not being in order (I already made 3 pickups and didnt't change a thing). The next day support wrote me saying it was due to the cancellation of cash pickups. Why lie in the 1st email? I wouldn't have had to write support if they would of just told me the truth to begin with. That has got me more worried than the frozen withdrawal screen. What is going on here? I'm getting a little worried about my funds...and I added some this week because the cash pickups were working so well. Also called Ultra and they wanted my license and utiltiy bill (for a pre-paid phone card, huh?) I said no thanks I'll just pray I can get a check from FTP. Credit card approved in seconds .....taking it out....could be several weeks...if...if.....Ughhhhhhhh! |

| Maybe if you actually knew the laws of your country then you wouldn't be in this mess, would you? |

| Funny thing about congress: Online gambling isn't illegal, but processing funds related to illegal gambling could lose you your business. Needless to say, the banks are quit confused by this and are covering their asses while they send lobbyists to Washington to try to get them to clarify the laws. |

maybe if you knew that no laws have been changed, then you could answer this question as to why FTP is only now enforcing this?
either FTP is just ridiculously slow, or they are getting extra money. |
