I play quite a lot , i play mainly limit poker now because i run good at it, making about 50 dollers a night the nights which i play easiely.
However at NO limit i can not seem to win anything and always seem to lose my stack quickly.
What makes a good n/l player a great no limit player? i wish i could play n/l like i can play limit. |

| You should probably start by becoming a good NL player first. Try posting specific hands as it's impossible to just give a brief answer explaining how to win at NL. |

Given that we've never seen even a single hand that you've played, I doubt any of us have much of a clue.
To repeat what Riddim just told you: try posting NL hands here. You could start by posting some of your bigger losses. |

| It could be either that there's way too small of a sample size for you to tell if you're good or bad at either game, or simply that the strategies for each game are so much different and you don't adapt well. Maybe it's a bit of both. |

| NL and limit are totally different games. This is like asking why you're good at baseball and bad at hockey. |
