Villain is 24/19/3.2 over ~ 1.3k hands. Seems fairly solid, although he only has a 38% cbet which seems pretty low to me.

I feel like I really should have folded the turn, but as played what do you do on this river?

$1/$2 No Limit Holdem
6 players

Stacks:
UTG ($218.97)
UTG 1 ($103.95)
Hero ($231.10)
BTN ($96.60)
SB ($343.20)
BB ($200.00)

Pre-flop: ($3, 6 players) Hero is CO JClub AClub
UTG raises to $7, 1 fold, Hero calls $7, BTN calls $7, 2 folds

Flop: KClub AHeart 4Diamond ($24, 3 players)
UTG bets $17, Hero calls $17, 1 fold

Turn: 6Diamond ($58, 2 players)
UTG bets $38, Hero calls $38

River: ADiamond ($134, 2 players)
UTG bets $156.97

I'd dump it. I think this is AQ+, KK, 44 almost everytime unless I had a read he would fire three streets in a spot like this with air or something like QQ if he had a problem getting away from big PF hands.

I 3 bet pre flop most of the time.

As played, fold river. Deciding factor for me is that he's betting UTG and OOP into 2 opponents on the flop which from my experience a 24/19/3.2 won't do on a flop he doesn't hit.

really? do you expect to be ahead of his calling range? i mean we have position and we're suited so we don't mind extra callers/playing postflop that much.

just curious why you'd 3bet here...

meh, i have similar stats and i'd bluff that flop all the time as long as my opponents aren't super loose. if we bet 2/3 i think we can get folds more often than the 40% of the time required.

Yeah, I cbet bluff that flop all day. Too many people just auto much any non ace or better hand.

And to the topic of 3 betting, I think there is merrit to it. The villian is going to be OOP and will fold a ton of hands. Sure you are behind his calling range, but you fold out so much of his range, I'd think it is worth it. You will probably only be played back at by TT+ and AK (opponent dependent of course) unless you are just totally coming after the table and 3 betting way too much. That being said, I don't mind a flat call either. I do both plays in practice and haven't found out which one works better for me yet, but I'm leaning toward 3 betting and staying more aggro.

Vs 24/19 I feel its a 3bet. Although I'd like to see some 3bet stats first. 3net/fold to 3bet and also your 3 bet stats. Vital info we need here.

Also, what are his double barell % given a flop cbet bet?p These are all numbers you should have on your HUD and will help you immensely.

Telling us 24/19/3 is only a clue. Yu should be using Many more stats and without them we are left guessing and arguing.

In general its a fold as the river is an awful card for his 3rd barrell bluff. But I could be totally wrong.
