Not including rake, for every dollar won, someone lost a dollar. Mathematically, the average person's profit is always $0, no matter what form of poker you play (SnG, ring game, MTT...).

Of course, this isn't very interesting information, and you likely don't really want to talk about the average person, but more along the lines of the median profit amount.
