Okai, so I have seen theres lots of posts of Us citizens that are having problems withdrawing their money. Is that related to the congress-online conflict?
Ive heard that suddenly full tilt has got into serious legal issues. My question is: If I am a non-american (US citizen), can I withdrawal my money through an american bank? |

your best bet is to ask ftp whats working for them now, there working
around a stupid gray area of law if there ever was one
