Do not put money on this website. Not right now!!! I have tried to withdraw money and their check bounced, and now I can not get any customer service to help. This site was very good to play on, and I have taking money out of it before but as of late I can't get money out and I can't get any customer service.

042207, I'm in the same boat.

One withdrawal was cancelled with the funds returned to my account.

One check bounced from a request made on 6/12. Response from support was quick to tell you to email the bank statement and copy of bounce check. Don't they know when a check bounces?

Again response was quick to tell you that emailed documents needed to be in jpeg format. Fix and resend.

After the correct formats of necessary documents were emailed, no reponse for a few days.

Anyone making a deposit is throwing it into a black hole.

First of all, I am from the states. I requested 3 withdrawals by check in early July, I received 2, 5k each with no problem. the last one ended up being in the cut for the bad checks that went out. It was credited back to my account on July 10, and I automatically requested another withdrawal by check. I still have not received my check.

I have since won part of another big tourney on Monday, July 21 and am trying to request another withdrawal by check and keep getting an error message that i have "exceeded my withdrawal limit for this time period".

I have sent emails to support, cashier, and checkupdate at full tilt, and am only getting automated responses.

Am I the only one in the states that this is happening to? Also, is there another withdrawal method that I can use.

Have you tried the cash pick up option? Try that with multiple withdrawals instead of the total.

After reading all this go on for the last few months, I don't think I've really seen it clear anywhere if this is a mainly USA problem or world wide?

I am pretty sure this is really only an issue with americans trying to withdraw, right?

First time cash player on fultilt. Made first deposit on wife's account about 3weeks ago. Encounterd no problems account credited instantly. Minimum deposit , run of bad luck or bad play. Purchased 2nd Visa gift card and was unable to make deosit in same account. Reply message was unable to complete deposit due to circumstances beyond our control. Was told to try again in about an hour. Tried and retried and retried with no success. Funny thing about this whole situation ( not really ) is i entered the same information into my account and behold instant credit. So just thought ok no big problem deposit is credited. Another run of bad luck or bad play , so i purchased another gift card ( visa ) tried this one on my account and wife's account with same issues concerning deposit.

Anyone else encountered this issue????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

No you will not get the bonus. You have to make the deposit yourself, but DONT DO IT!

I am one of the ones who received a June check that bounced. When FTP finally credited my account I AGAIN attempted to withdraw it. This was on JULY 11. On July 25 I get an email that literally says the check is in the mail and was sent 10 days prior to July 25 and that I would receive my check on or before August 1.

So on August 1 when I did NOT receive my check I emailed FTP. FIVE days later when they responded to my email they now tell me they are "investigating" the status of my check request.

WTF?? Are they just flat out lying to people now?? So I am STILL waiting on FTP to make good on the BOUNCED check from JUNE because depositing money into my FTP that I still haven't received does NOT count as restitution u know?

How is this freakin site still in business??

I am tired of this bull **** from FTP. I have had so many withdrawals returned it's sick. Not only that but now they are only giving me one alternative for withdrawals and posting a $2500 limit! This is crazy. I have taked with my lawyer and it's difficult because FTP is overseas. But he seems to think we would have a case agains FTP for allowing players to deposit all they want but not returning the withdrawals in a timely fashion. Anyway I am interested to hear who would be interested in filing a class action suit in behalf of all the FTP players? Thoughts, comments?

I request a withdrawal by check on average every other day in amounts under 500$. I haven't had one single problem with the deliveries of the check. The only one time I had a problem was the week the checks bounced and they had to switch processors. They said that one of checks would have to be redeposited into my account. I waited and eventually got it back.

I think people need to just be patient. I never send emails wondering whats going on...because i just have to come here to figure it out.

If I have a question that I cant find the answer on here...I send ONE email. They reply usually within a day which is fine by me.

Just received another email stating they TOOK $900 from me because they gave it to me by mistake. Unbelieveable bull ****. My transaction history clearly states they did not give me another $900 and I know for a fact they did not. Never playing here again.
