Why would you even want to risk that?
Dumb imo. If you absolutely went out of your way to not collude in the slightest, you may be able to convince full tilt to not ban your account, but it's not worth the risk imo. |

I think the rule is:
-you can't play SNGs or cash games together
-you CAN play large MTTs because you'll unlikely be seated at the same table |

I believe the smallest tournament you can join is an 18-man SNG, when playing from the same IP.
Anything smaller than 18 and it'll tell you that you can't join.
When I first started playing poker on here I'd play freerolls a lot of nights with my GF. Once it actually sat us both at the same table out of 2700 people. I thought it was funny because she was on the couch right behind me on a laptop, so I was constantly trying to block her view of my monitor so she couldn't see my hole cards. |

I had the same issue last year. You might be able to but I don't think it's worth the risk. The problem is if they catch you playing the same table together, and decide to ban you... you really don't have much of an argument in your defense, even if you weren't cheating.
I wouldn't risk it if I were you. |

ok but say he has a username and i have a username....but he has on occasion brought his laptop to my dorm to chill out and play poker...but i wasnt playing with him or anything just him on his laptop in my wifi on his username....
is that considered illegal since his username wud be associated with my wifi? even if it was like 1 time
but we didnt play in any tournaments together though |

| I definitely don't think your last case would be an infraction. The software is looking for two (or more) players at the same table with the same connection. The good thing is that it will actually just not allow it, so you will know you can and when you can't. |
