It seems like every other hand I get someone who folds before the flop saying "should have stayed in, would have had a set" .. or "could have had pairs of 7s and 2s .. should have stayed in" ...
just gets a little annoying ..
anyways .. i'm done. just had to get that out ..
thanks! |

Well those players should be keeping their mouth shut until the end of the hand at least.
Besides, if they had played those hands instead of folding, the flop would have come out differently. The RNG works that way. I'm no expert though in the explanation |

| that's tacky noob behavior and it isn't tolerated at casinos. You do that twice and you're off the table. It's against the rules to talk about cards. |

| It is not against the rules to talk about your cards AFTER THE HAND HAS BEEN PLAYED. I personally don't care if someone says they would have flopped quads with 9-3 off. You will not get kicked out for doing that unless you do it DURING the hand. |

My understanding is basically this: the cards keep "shuffling" until a button is pushed. So if you're last to act, the time you take to call, check or fold will change the outcome of the flop. Every time someone takes an extra second to think about their hand, the cards that hit the board are different than what they would have been otherwise. Hope this makes sense. |

Yup.
As for the would've flopped a set or w/e comments, I do it, but I wait until AFTER the hand is over. I do it less on here because of the RNG, but I'm far more likely to do it live.
You think that's bad? Watch the railbirds when a pro is playing. They try to read the hand WHILE it's going on, especially when Ferguson is playing. |
