I just made this FTP account a few weeks ago. I few of my family members have accounts and play on this computer as well but I play the majority of the time and am the owner of the computer and all that. One day, out of nowhere I go to login and it says

Quote:
"The system cannot log you in. Please contact loginsupport@fulltiltpoker.com for assistance."

This is what I sent them,

Quote:
Full Tilt Poker,

A couple weeks ago I made a poker acount and didn't play much on it until today I tried to login and it wouldn't let me. I was told to contact this e-mail address (loginsupport@fulltiltpoker.com) I was wondering if you could get this fixed as soon as possible please, my username is mbeighey. I am also in North Carolina at the moment (I normally play in New York) if it means anything, thanks.

They replied with this

Quote:
"Hello Matt,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

According to our records, your mbeighey account is fully operational. If you are still having problems, please provide us with the message you are receiving when being denied access.

We appreciate your business. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.

Regards,

Then I responded with this

Quote:
Full Tilt Poker,

The message I get is "The system cannot log you in. Please contact loginsupport@fulltiltpoker.com for assistance" I can't login on my account or any of my friends on this computer. (I asked to let my friends try it so I could see if it was a problem with my account or the computer). Obviously its a problem with the computer and I do not know why. I am the owner of this computer and the account mbeighey. Every now and then some friends and family members will play/register a full tilt account on this computer but I don't see why that would be a problem. Basically I can't login and none of my family members that do not yet have an account cannot register for one either, so im locked out of FTP. Please fix this asap, I am trying to redeem a high balance gift certificate a friend gave me so I can play with it, its tough to wait any longer. Thanks.

And then I got this bullcrap comment

Quote:
Hello Matt,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We have overwhelming evidence indicating that you are closely associated to a website used to compromise player's accounts.

Full Tilt Poker has zero tolerance for fraudulent activity. As you are a high risk player, your account is now permanently closed and your business is no longer welcome.

Your account remains closed and you are not welcome to play on our site. Realize that any attempt to play on our site again will result in the immediate seizure of any held funds.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of this matter. Best of luck with your future endeavors, Matt.

Regards,

Tyler

and i replied last with this

Quote:
Full Tilt Poker,

What you say is absolutely preposterous. I have never played Full Tilt Poker until about a month ago and I have never done anything wrong and have only played once a couple weeks. I have no clue in the world where you are getting this information but it is WRONG. I have commited no crime and I will persue this to the best of my abilities if you cannot fix this. Potentially this exposes a bigger problem then just the one you are claiming that I caused. I will be in contact.

Matt Beiighey

Does anybody know what to do? I mean i am telling you now I did not do ANYTHING and I have had very little affiliation with this website.... I just dont know. Will a letter help? My accounts are still fine I just cant login on this computer.

Please help!

try to un-install the program and re-install it. maybe something corrupted a file or two in the client. so re-download it from the site. hope this works for you.

Yes I have uninstalled it, deleted ALL cache on my computer, leaving no traces of the program what so ever on my hard drive and then re-installed it. My computers IP must just be in their server waiting to be deleted for smoe reason and theres nothing I can do about it

So neither you nor any members of your family have done anything that might lead FT to think you are a "high risk player"?

Not at all, all of our accounts are in good standing and we know nobody did nothing. It's just awkward how he said my account would be banned but it's not and hes falsy accusing me....
